ZONING ORDINANCE
Covington Township is a zoned community. We regulate the use of land, as well as the placement of structures on one's property. Our zoning rules and regulations, referred to as a zoning ordinance.
ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION
If you need a permit for your property, or your proposed land use, we have permit applications available on-line in Adobe PDF format. The application comes complete with fee schedule, and a basic questions and answers brochure to answer common zoning issues.

SIGN REGULATIONS
Signs are a regulated land use item in Covington Township.
Our sign regulations are part of our zoning ordinance. We also have them as a
separate item for people who "just need a sign."
