 The first step in the process to purchase the sewer permit:
 Submit a plot plan to the Covington Township Sewer Authority
 for review by the engineer and the Board for approval.
  
     Fees:
 Tapping-Fee   $4,500.00
 Sewage Capacity Reservation Fee  $160.00 Per Quarter
 Resident User Fee  $160.00 Per Quarter
 Late Fee  10% of Quarterly Bill
     Billing Periods:
  1st Quarter  Jan, Feb, Mar.   Bill due date April 30th
 2nd Quarter  Apr, May, Jun.   Bill due date July 30th
 3rd Quarter  July, Aug, Sept.  Bill  due  date Oct. 30th
 4th Quarter   Oct, Nov, Dec.  Bill due date Jan. 30th
