   First Industrial Realty hopes to build several facilities in the Covington park for warehousing and light industrial uses. Plans include at least four large buildings on the 220 acres in the Keystone Opportunity Zone. The tenants selected where Caterpillar, Versa Cold, Sears and Circuit City.
